The Salvation Army Harbor Light Center (SAHLC) of Indianapolis, Indiana, has been instituted by The Salvation Army to help those overcome their substance use disorder or other addictions. The ultimate aim of the SAHLC is to provide quality spiritual, physical, mental and social rehabilitation to all who accept this specialized help. The SAHLC strives to provide services that are consumer and family focused, strengths and evidence based, individualized, culturally competent, outcome-based, cost efficient, and the least restrictive. The SAHLC program shall collaborate with other community providers in the human service system in order to meet the needs of the individual and the community.
