HealthLinc La Porte Pediatrics provides care to children up to age 21. We accept Medicaid, Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) and most commercial insurance plans and welcome patients without insurance. Our services are offered on a sliding scale based on household size and income. Please call to schedule an appointment.
