Founded in 2013, NB Housing Partners provides affordable housing solutions, shelter and support services to assist individuals who are experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness with overcoming barriers and attaining housing stability. The agency's First Footing program providing crisis shelter and support services for adults experiencing homelessness began in early 2021. The collaborative Next Step program providing rapid rehousing and homelessness prevention began in the fall of 2021. The collaborative HOME Team, which provides street outreach services, began in 2023. We are Bringing New Braunfels Closer to Home.
