About this Resource
The LIFT Center is a school-based health center with the mission to improve the health and well-being of Fallon Park students and their families. LIFT features a clinic for students (accepts most insurance, including medicaid), mental health counseling, financial empowerment counseling, help accessing safe housing, transportation, food, and other necessities. LIFT also has classes and social events for students and their families.
