Housing Transitions has been providing services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness, or at risk for homelessness, in Centre County, Pennsylvania, since 1984. The Centre House Homeless Shelter is the name of the building that is home for shelter residents, and the Housing Transitions offices. This small non-profit relies on the support of government grants, fundraising events, community and private foundations, and the donations of individuals.
