El Puente is the first interim housing shelter to open as part of Mayo Garcetti's A Bridge Home program. Operated by The People Concern, El Puente serves people experiencing homelessness in the DTLA Skid Row areas. El Puente provides complete wraparound services, with the ultimate goal of permanent housing.
