The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is the official workplace giving campaign for federal employees and retirees. It is one of the largest and most successful workplace fundraising campaigns in the world. Overseen by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee-focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve quality of life for all. The Combined Federal Campaign of the National Capital Area (CFCNCA) is the annual opportunity for the Federal community in the Washington metro area to give to their favorite causes.
