Charlotte CARE Center is dedicated to serving families, Veterans, and individuals facing homelessness and hunger in our community. In addition to providing emergency shelter, case management, and rapid rehousing services, we offer hunger prevention programs through our food pantry and daily hot meals for those in need. Our programs not only address immediate needs but also help individuals regain stability and self-sufficiency. With a focus on compassionate care and lasting change, we work tirelessly to ensure that everyone in Charlotte County has access to safe housing, nutritious food, and the resources needed to thrive.
