About this Resource
Bridges of Hope's Mission is to assist Greene County adults who are homeless by empowering them to heal body, mind, and spirit in a safe and supportive environment. We have the vision to see a community strengthened by lives transformed from homelessness to self-sufficiency through Christ's love and community collaboration.
Bridges of Hope is an overnight shelter for homeless adults and does case management three days a week for those seeking permanent housing, jobs, and recovery.
