Bethesda Project is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, housing and supportive services to adults experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia. Operated in conjunction with the City of Philadelphia, the Bethesda Project Oxford Emergency Shelter program provides short-term housing as an emergency shelter for 44 adults over 60 years of age. Individuals in this program are prioritized by the City to receive permanent housing, and live in private rooms until their housing becomes available.
