About this Resource
Neighborhood Health is a primary health care provider to over 41,000 patients from the City of Alexandria, Arlington County, and Fairfax County. We provide medical, dental and behavioral health services as well as insurance application assistance, free/low-cost medications, and HIV/AIDS treatment and prevention. All services are provided on a sliding scale. No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay.
