HealthPort's mission is to provide caring, effective, and highly accessible healthcare to all the residents of the Eastern Shore who seek services. We provide: Primary Care Behavioral Health Outpatient Treatment Pharmacy Services Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services Community Housing Crisis Stabilization Services Health Home Services Community Employment Services Assertive Community Treatment Services Care Coordination We are recognized by the United States Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. We are a non-profit organization and have a strong mission to serve all persons who come for help. We welcome anyone who needs assistance with their health.
