New Era Culture and Education Foundation (NECEF) is a nonprofit organization supporting children in education out of school. We strive to promote equality in education of the United States. For students who are looking for a FREE online tutor: NECEF provides a FREE online tutoring program for Math and English to support K-8 grades students' academic achievement. Parents need to sign up for their children into the program by filling up the application form. For people who are looking for being a volunteer tutor: NECEF is a certified nonprofit organization by PVSA (President's Volunteer Service Award). The high-school students who choose to join our volunteer tutor team will receive volunteer service hours by NECEF.
