Winter Haven will:
Open on December 1st and close on April 1st.
Provide a light meal, and send individuals out with a light breakfast.

Upon arrival at the host site, the homeless guests are welcomed, registered and screened by volunteers. Guests then proceed to the sleeping areas to claim their bedrooms and put down their personal belongings.
Showers and laundry services are provided. Access to community resources and nursing team is available to all guest.
