Providing homeless services: shelter, family relocation via healthy services initiative, homeless prevention and rapid rehousing rental/utility assistance, transitional housing, aftercare, referrals, and connections. We run a program which allows eligible clients to end their homelessness. Clients that empower themselves to gain physical and mental health stability as well as financial stability will lead to permanent housing solutions in our community. Clients are led by our case management staff that work through action plans, goal setting, life skills, budgeting, counseling, and daily tasks to promote healthy lifestyles on the journey to end their homeless journey.
