The Tulsa County Social Services Transitional Living Center (TLC) aka Emergency Shelter provides temporary housing and support services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. Our program is designed to help clients overcome homelessness and achieve their goals, such as obtaining employment and housing. We offer a safe and supportive environment where clients can focus on their recovery and progress. We are a non-congregate family shelter.
