The mental health of our veterans can be attributed to scars deep within that no one sees. These invisible scars devastate the quality of life, creating chaos & instability, ultimately resulting in homelessness for many. Woody's Home for Veterans is a safe haven where our vets can interact with their fellow servicemen while receiving the psychiatric & supportive care they are rightfully owed for the many sacrifices they have made. Louisiana's number of homeless veterans is estimated to be over 350 and rising, and Woody's Home for Veterans relies on the public's generosity to ensure that no veteran is ever turned away.
