Trinity Community Health Centers of Louisiana are Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). We are funded in part by the Federal Department of Health & Human Services because our areas were shown to be in locations with unmet medical needs. FQHCs were specifically created to respond to the health care needs of people limited access to care because of their income, their medical condition, or because of the existence of healthcare professional shortages.
