The mission of the Will County Community Health Center (CHC) is to improve the health of the residents of Will County by providing access to quality integrated medical, behavioral health, and dental care through community collaboration, service and education.

Our Joliet location offers Adult & Family Medicine, Pediatric & Adolescent Health and Women's Health (OB/GYN) services. The CHC also offers audiology (hearing testing/hearing aids), behavioral health (psychiatric and medication management, group therapy and behavioral health injection clinic), dental care, eye care, family planning, a teen clinic, HIV prevention, health insurance enrollment assistance, Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), onsite lab (Quest) and pharmacy (Basinger's).
