About this Resource
The Western Maryland Troopers Association is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity that has been incorporated since 1989. The officers are volunteer Maryland State Troopers, active and retired, who reside in Western Maryland. The primary purposes of this organization is to communicate a message of support to the community by awarding an annual $2,000.00 scholarship program. This schoarship program will foster understanding of law enforcement in our community and contribute to a safer and better place to live.
