West Valley Adult Day Health Care is a Community Based Adult Services(CBAS) program that looks after the well-being of adults and provides an array of mental and social services, designed to maximize the independence of those who are experiencing significant problems with their health and mental abilities. By enrolling in the program, participants can improve or maintain their physical mobility and function. We offer Nursing, Social Work, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and much more! The program is paid for by Medi-Cal. And these plans; Health Net, LA Care, Kiaser Permanente, Molina Health Care, Anthem Blue Cross, and Cares 1st. We also accept private payments (Private Pay) for those who don't have insurance or don't qualify!
