WakeEd Partnership is the business champion for public education. Serving the employees and students of Wake County Public School System, North Carolina's largest school district, WakeEd's goals are to support teachers, inform the community, and serve as a catalyst.

WakeEd expands the horizons of WCPSS teachers by connecting them with subject matter experts in leading STEM companies. These programs are aligned with the WCPSS strategic plan.

WakeEd also provides a first grade reading intervention program known as Partners Read which pairs community volunteers with developing readers to ensure they are on a trajectory to be proficient readers.
