What We Do

Counsel, advise, guide, assist and generally help veterans (and their families), that live within Adams County Illinois, in obtaining benefits and services that are available to them by local, county, state and federal organizations. The VACAC will also help direct them to the appropriate resources and provide educational material that would be beneficial to the veteran and their family.
Investigates and conducts interviews with veterans and their dependents to obtain a comprehensive case history in order that eligibility for assistance can be determined.
Assists veterans and dependents in the office, and the offices of other public and private agencies.
