About this Resource
The Veterans Action Committee of Columbus meets on the second Wednesday of each month at a breakfast meeting from 0730-0830 hrs at 2100 Comer Ave. Columbus, GA 31901. The group was founded by the late Bob Poydasheff, J.D., COL, USA, retired, affectionately known as "Uncle Bob". Our current President who was asked by the membership to succeed him in November of 2020 is John House, who is also a councilman here in Columbus, GA. The group meets to discuss, issues concerning veterans and our community and encourages our members to support those causes by giving of their time, talents, and treasures.
