I'm committed to not pathologizing people (you are not broken), but some of the concerns I work with the most are: ​men’s issues, relationship concerns, substance use disorders, and self esteem/empowerment. My approach to counseling is client-centered. I tailor treatment to your needs, and focus on measurable success through the use of evidence based models. I know what it's like to suffer and to start to see the light. You can, too. While I adhere to a therapeutic structure, you'll find me casual and making use of humor- no one wants to talk to a robot.
