Understanding Us is a non-profit organization that aims to connect and understand the seemingly complex problems we face every day. Specifically suicide, homelessness, incarceration, and trauma disorders.
The tai chi program meets 4 days a week at 9:30 AM. On Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday it is held outside Salt Lake City Public Library. On Saturday it is held in front of the SLC Public Safety Building. At tai chi, the participants of the program receive burritos, coffee, meaningful social interaction, volunteer hours, two dollars, and guided Tai Chi.
