We are a Federally Qualified Healthcare Center which means we accept most insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, and offer sliding fee scale charges to those who qualify. We strive to make each visit as easy as possible and offer a pleasant, friendly environment where you and your family feel comfortable in your healthcare journey. We address all your non-hospital primary healthcare needs, while also offering supportive programming to address long-term wellness concerns such as weight control, diabetes, cardiovascular health, general nutrition, and comprehensive wellness. We encourage appointments, but welcome walk-ins. We have an on-site pharmacy open to the public
