Tracy Community Connections Center was born in 2014 after several compassionate volunteers came together to address the growing homelessness problem in Tracy. We received our 501c3 status in 2015 and in the years since, we have partnered with the city of Tracy, local agencies, hospitals, churches, and community organizations to provide care for the unhoused in Tracy. Tracy Community Connections Center is the only nonprofit in town that focuses exclusively on caring for the homeless. We have expanded our services significantly and grown from our early days as an all-volunteer organization to now include recuperative care, housing navigation, full-time case managers, a thrice-weekly shower program, and a street outreach team.
