About this Resource
Total Life Cares (TLC) is a mental health rehabilitation center that includes a 24-hour program which we provide intensive support and rehabilitative services designed to assist persons, 5 years or older, with mental disorders who would have been suffering and are at risk of being placed in a state hospital or another mental health facility to develop skills to become self-sufficient and capable of increasing levels of independence and functioning.
