Tivoli Manor Co-op is a senior living complex, built in 1988. It is located behind St. John’s Hospital, south of 12 Mile, east of Hoover and contains 80 one-bedroom units. Members of the co-op enjoy a variety of amenities and activities including a service coordinator, computer center, pharmacy delivery and visits from Focus Hope.

Tivoli Manor is gradually transforming into a 100% smoke-free co-op. Rent is based on a percentage of the household's income.

In 2014, Tivoli refinanced and with their proceeds they made significant enhancements and improvements to their co-op. All units received new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, the community kitchen was also remodeled, along with the common areas, library, and co-op offices on main floor.
