Description

Thrive by Hope, a program of Hope thru Soap, supports young adults aged 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness. Our Outreach Team provides immediate aid, including shelter options, showers, clothing, meals, and pantry services, prioritizing individual needs. The Navigation Team assists with IDs, benefits, housing searches, and more, facilitating access to stable housing. Additionally, we offer counseling, life skills, wellness programs, financial literacy, mentorship, career resources, and referrals for further assistance. Our holistic approach aims to empower and foster personal and professional growth, building a brighter future for those in need.
