A healthy integrated individual leads to a healthy integrated community. This is a welcoming and fully accessible space where the scientific and holistic worlds merge to empower people to trust, re-member, and reconnect with their bodies. Our experienced teachers assist students through stretching, yoga, movement and wellness classes that serve the purpose of bettering oneself. Some of our classes include restorative yoga, yin yoga, meditation, somatic awareness techniques, stretching, natural movement, dance and mindfulness exercises.
