About this Resource
The Shot Nurse Immunization & Wellness Service provides ALL vaccinations for work, travel or school. We also provide vitamin B12 shots, Lipo shots, Testosterone Replacement, TB skin testing, lab work and urine drug screens.
We have complimentary Car-side service for those with impaired mobility
Accept Medicare part B for Flu & Pneumonia Shots
Accept Medicare part D for the Shingles Vaccination
Accept BCBS, United Healthcare and most insurances for vaccinations. Please call us to verify.
