Military Community Connection a division of The Navigation Center continues to serve Veterans and their families. At The Navigation Center, we take a multi-faceted approach to helping Charleston’s homeless or at-risk of homelessness population. Each person is unique and faces individual challenges that require person-centered solutions. With our nonprofit serving as a central hub, we are able to connect each family and veteran with resources to help address their situation. Our coalition of providers works together to ensure positive outcomes for those we serve.
