The LIAM Foundation is the first LGBTQIA+ Resource Center in Rockford and all of Northern Illinois. Some of our most used services are:
Connecting individuals to and services, assisting in legal name changes, providing financial assistance, transition support for transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming individuals.
