The Housing Trust is a 501(c)3 nonprofit affordable housing organization that provides a range of housing program in Northern New Mexico. We are a HUD-certified housing counseling organization that provides homebuyer education, one-on-one housing counseling, downpayment and closing cost assistance, as well as certifications for discounted homes available through City and County programs. We are also a developer of high quality affordable housing and have built over 700 single-family homes and over 200 rental units in three projects. We also have unique housing resources for HIV+ community members including rent, utility, and homebuyer assistance programs.
