Exercise is known to help prevent and treat ​diabetes, obesity, heart disease, chronic pain, depression and many other conditions. Our mission is to empower the mind, body, and spirit of America’s ​minoritised communities by celebrating our elders, teaching our young, and supporting our working men and women.
