The Alma

The Alma, located in Mankato, Minnesota, provides low-income housing with 86 one-bedroom apartment homes. Our community's centralized downtown location is a short distance from supermarkets and other services. Newly renovated apartments are coming soon with upgrades to finishes and fixtures. The building renovation will also include expanded patios, parking, fitness room, computer room and expanded lobby. Income limits apply for this community.
