Using a combination of a fully equipped mobile van and ODCHC’s eight fixed clinic sites, homeless individuals receive comprehensive care.

Our mobile unit is a custom designed 38 foot motor home with two exam rooms, a restroom, lab, pharmacy, a wheel chair lift and is supplied with the same equipment as a family doctor’s office. The fully staffed mobile unit visits each community site on a regular schedule. We offer medical services to patients of all ages, including patients who are homeless, in transitional housing, or patients who have difficulty scheduling appointments. We also provide medical services to migrant and seasonal farm workers and their families.
