Using affordable homeownership as an anchor for hope, change, and stability, Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity has been providing housing solutions in the community since 1985. Our mission and programs are supported by the Habitat Stores (Tacoma, Lakewood and Puyallup), which are open seven days a week from 9:00 am to 6:00pm. Tacoma/Pierce County Habitat for Humanity provides homeownership opportunities for modest income individuals and families, no-cost housing counseling to all Pierce County residents, and critical home repair for low-income seniors and disabled Veterans.
