About this Resource
Susan's House is a program of Fairview Housing Management Corporation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving individuals and families that are vulnerable to homelessness. Through a combination of outreach, supportive services and advocacy, we strive to provide a safe haven and empower those in need to rebuild their lives.
