We are excited to announce that All Med Medical and Rehabilitation of New York and Sun River Health have decided to partner with one another to better care for you and your family. The care and medical services for you and your family will continue uninterrupted at the health center, and all our staff and providers will continue to be there to care for you and your family. Our hours of operation will continue as they have in the past.

Starting August 15th, 2022, you will begin to see communications from Sun River Health as our billing, communications and electronic medical record systems are combined. Again, we look forward to expanding our services to enhance your care.
