Description
Summit Housing Group was formed in 2007 and is wholly-owned by Summit Management Group. SHG’s main focus is the development of Housing Tax Credit (HTC) and market-rate projects in the western states. This includes taking a project from the conceptual stage, through the awarding of tax credits (for HTC projects), negotiating agreements with equity investors and lenders, project design, construction, and the final hand-off to the property management company. SHG is responsible for the development and construction of affordable multi-family, market rate projects.
