About this Resource
Cempa Community Care has partnered with Metropolitan Ministries and other community partners to increase access to health care, screenings, and education in the Chattanooga 37407 Area. The Cempa Community Care Impact Hub Clinic will offer a full range of services including Primary Medical Care, Women’s Health, Laboratory Services, and Health Maintenance for Preventative Care.
