St. James-Santee Family Health Center’s is committed to providing quality, affordable and accessible comprehensive health care to all of its patients, regardless of their ability to pay. Services provided directly or by referral are as listed. An outreach specialist is also available to assist with navigation of the Affordable Care Act Insurance Market Place by appointment.
We require patients to call or come into the office to schedule an appointment. Patients are encouraged to keep their appointments or notify the Center 24 hours in advance. If you are unable to keep your appointment please call and let us know ahead of time. Please bring all medications (pill bottles) and insurance cards to every visit.
