About this Resource
Established as a private, nonprofit organization in 1986, Southern Hills provides needed housing services to low and moderate income residents of Southern Onondaga County.
With rural characteristics, modest incomes, and a scattered population, we've assisted hundreds of households in Southern Onondaga county for over 30 years. Through a grassroots approach and word of mouth campaign, Southern Hills has invested more than $5 million in our community - neighbor to neighbor, one family at a time.
