Southeast Community Health Center in Fort Worth, Texas is a member of the North Texas Area Community Health Centers group.

Our community-based family medical practice offers primary and preventative healthcare services in a patient-centered environment.

Our doctors provide medical care for adults, women and children. We also provide behavioral health services.

Anyone can receive care at any of the three NTACHC locations. We provide care regardless of income, residency status, employment, health insurance coverage or ability to pay for services.

We accept most insurance including Medicaid, Medicare and CHIP, and offer a financial assistance program for those without insurance.
