I am determined to be part of the solution... I provide mental health therapy at Authentic Therapy Services in Hattiesburg, MS. In-person and telehealth virtual sessions are available for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I focus on healing old wounds, processing current struggles, and addressing future concerns as people regain their self-respect, discover their true selves, and grow to live authentic lives of meaning and purpose. I don't shy away from the darkest behaviors, overwhelming fears, or the deepest pain. I share firsthand knowledge of the courage it takes to begin the healing process and the perseverance needed to see it through.
