Located in the quiet village of Slinger, Scenic View Apartments is an affordable housing option in a small-town setting! Our spacious, newly renovated one and two-bedroom apartments offer desirable amenities such as community gathering areas, a fitness center and three-season gazebo.

Individuals 62 and older are given priority on our wait list for one-bedroom units. For your convenience, a limited number of garages are available to rent. Two-bedroom units include a basement storage unit as well.

Through our HUD Project Based Rental Assistance Program, we offer rents based on 30% of a household’s income. Rents are calculated on an individual basis in accordance with HUD Regulations.
