SCEH Coordinated Entry

Description

Coordinated Entry is a waitlist for housing assistance programs for community members that are experiencing homelessness (staying at a shelter or living in their car, outside, or other place not meant for people to stay). Please contact our office to set up an intake appointment to get on the waitlist and get connected to other services in town.
